Our history is one of continuous innovation and brand-building, capturing significant brand and revenue growth since our founding in 2003. Originally a distribution company with a single brand, Aspen Pure water, all-natural Xing Tea was created in the interest of giving consumers an alternative to the artificial, unhealthy offerings of mainstream competitors. Xing has since diversified their product with the formation of Xing Energy, an all-natural, non-GMO energy drink. In June of 2016, New Age Beverages Corporation was formed with the acquisition of Aspen Pure and Xing Beverages by Búcha Live Kombucha. New Age has since merged with Marley Beverage Company, a reputable and appealing brand created in partnership with Bob Marley’s family. Following the merger, New Age has experienced continued unprecedented growth, solidifying an immense wealth opportunity for shareholders.
