JUNE 2016

Búcha Live Kombucha acquires Xing Tea, Aspen Pure, and Colorado distribution powerhouse to form New Age Beverages Corporation.

OCTOBER 2016

New Age adds a global brand platform to the family, acquiring Marley Beverage Company and expanding the portfolio to four individual brands with over 8 product lines.

MARCH 2017

New Age acquires Coco Libre, the leading multi-serve coconut water brand, with sparkling, original, and protein offerings – giving New Age a hold in all key growing beverage segments.

JUNE 2017

The New Age Health Sciences Division is born, with the acquisition of Premier Micronutrient Corporation. Gaining a dozen patents, New Age solidifies an extensive IP portfolio to shape the future of ‘functional beverages’.

JANUARY -JULY 2018

New Age rolls out a suite of new products, launching Coco Libre Sparkling, Shelf-Stable Búcha Live Kombucha, Marley Yerba Mate, Marley Cold Brew, ‘NHANCED Recovery, Xing Craft Brew, and WATERisLIFE.

OCTOBER 2018

New Age rebrands itself, revamps its mission, launches the HEALTHY model, and establishes its inaugural content platform (The Scroll) — beginning its next phase of growth as a thought leader in the health-conscious, personal growth space.

Our Colorado-based DSD division of New Age Beverages Corporation is one of the largest independent direct store distributors in the United States. Widely recognized as the ‘go-to’ brand builders in Colorado, we carry brands across all categories, specializing in the non-alcoholic and snack categories.

NEW AGE DISTRIBUTION NETWORK

We are a multi-channel, full service beverage distributor, primarily servicing the Front Range of Colorado, from Wyoming to the New Mexico border. Virtually every high-volume brand over the last decade has relied on our DSD to increase brand presence in key accounts, independents, and alternative channels.

New Age’s in-house DSD division provides a unique organization structure that incurs several competitive advantages

COMPANY HISTORY

Our history is one of continuous innovation and brand-building, capturing significant brand and revenue growth since our founding in 2003. Originally a distribution company with a single brand, Aspen Pure water, all-natural Xing Tea was created in the interest of giving consumers an alternative to the artificial, unhealthy offerings of mainstream competitors. Xing has since diversified their product with the formation of Xing Energy, an all-natural, non-GMO energy drink. In June of 2016, New Age Beverages Corporation was formed with the acquisition of Aspen Pure and Xing Beverages by Búcha Live Kombucha. New Age has since merged with Marley Beverage Company, a reputable and appealing brand created in partnership with Bob Marley’s family. Following the merger, New Age has experienced continued unprecedented growth, solidifying an immense wealth opportunity for shareholders.

New Age Beverages Corporation is an employee-owned enterprise led by Chief Executive Officer Brent Willis, a West Point & University of Chicago graduate with 20+ years of General Management, C-Level, Board, and Private Equity experience with global leaders in the CPG space including ABInBev, Coca-Cola, and Kraft Foods.
